This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Aegean Smile Dental Clinic collects through the website www.aegeansmile.gr, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect

Through the appointment/contact form we collect: your full name, phone number, email address, preferred date and time, the service you are interested in, and your message. If your message describes a dental concern, this may constitute special-category data (health data).

Through Google Analytics cookies we collect anonymous usage statistics (see our Cookie Policy). We do not collect payment data, and the site has no user accounts.

Purpose and lawful basis

We process the form data solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your appointment (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering a contract, and (a) — consent). Any health data is processed with your consent and to provide dental care (Article 9(2)). Google Analytics statistics rely on your consent.

Recipients — Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. Form submissions are emailed to the clinic and processed by our hosting/email provider. Anonymous statistics are processed by Google (Google Analytics) as a processor.

Retention

We keep your enquiry data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting treatment, and as required by legal medical record-keeping obligations. Google Analytics cookies are retained for up to two (2) years.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact clinic@aegeansmile.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Security

The website runs over a secure connection (HTTPS) and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
